Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
Prepare the Item
Ensure the furniture is in its original, unassembled condition and securely packed in the original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Pickup or Shipping
Coordinate with our logistics partners to schedule a professional pickup or drop off the item at a designated carrier location using the provided return labels.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
